BYD PHEV Sealion 5, questions on fuel filter maintenance and care

Hi everyone, just have a few concerns regarding my sealion 5 DMi. So I have had it for over 5 months already. Loving everything about it. I have a charger at home, but I choose to cycle HEV and EV modes. So my driving habits are to drive on HEV in the morning when it's less traffic, and I get to regen the battery and drive on EV in the afternoons. My question is, we were told of the ill effects of having old gas on the tank, so it has also been my habit to only load a few liters, 10 to 15 Liters of gas at a time. I load on gas once in 3 weeks. My tank is usually less the 25% and wait for it to go close to empty before I load again. Now, I just learned that having your tank close to empty most of the time, also puts some strain on your fuel filter. I know very little about cars, so Im just wondering, what is a better practice, finishing my gas, so it doesnt turn stale, or leaving 25% of gas inorder for the fuel filter to work properly. Thanks in advance!

The gas is already 10 millions years old minimum. I don't think a few weeks is going to make any difference.
