BYD Sealion 7 cellular data

I purchased SL7 in January. Cellular data worked fine for one day, and hasn’t worked since. Has anyone else experienced something similar? Dealership said it’s a software issue, while BYD denies that and kept telling me that it’s an issue the dealership would have to solve. I’m going to bring it up with the dealer again. If you’ve had the same issue, what was the issue and how was it fixed?

You have 1GB of data per month. Very unlikely but: Did you use the whole 1GB in that one day?

Did you check the data monitor app? What does that show you? It should show available data, your current data plan and how much you've used so far.

1Gb available, 0 used today, 0 used this month

In January it showed that I used couple of Mb’s in that one day. It was also reset 1st of February, so it is not likely the issue. Data Monitor app shows that I have 1gb available, and 0 has been used in February.

However there is a error message saying that it’s not supporting the current system version? I’ve tried to check if there is a OTA available for the car, but there’s not.

All of them show this error, mine does as well and it works fine.

Is the mobile data turned on? Make sure if you swipe down it's enabled, or in the settings > connections that mobile data is enabled.

I don’t have that option there. Only BT, Wi-Fi, Hotspot and connected devices.
