Has BYD removed the shell card?

I got my BYD last month and I saw an advertisement on the official website about a new shell card coming in February for BYD owners. This link: [ https://www.byd.com/uk/BYD-Shell-charge-cards ](https://www.byd.com/uk/BYD-Shell-charge-cards) It was saying the card already existed before for UK but new orders were stopped in December for some adjustment in the discounts they were preparing, those with the card were still able to use it (according the website), so I was waiting it to come and checking the website every few days to see its been release for new orders, but now the website has been removed. Anyone has any news about that? Also using the Ownership in the menu, the shell discount is no longer there.

Shell recharge system changed. The complete shell EV charging infrastructure was bought from a new investor group..means the complete charging spots are just using the shell name, but the owner changed. The new owner migrated all shell recharge cards to shell app. All cooperation cards of shell recharge were not migrated. According to the shell, all prior exiting cooperation card users, which includes the BYD Shell recharge, must claim (open a case) at Partner, which is your us BYD. That's what I did. Im waiting since 2 weeks

At least in Germany, the cards were migrated automatically. I changed to the Shell app and have a "BYD Shell Recharge card" in the app.

Correkt this information is what I got as pior User. How it works for new or if there is still a possibility of coloration user not sure. However im private person, charging 98% at home. I just took the offer in case of an emergency when need to charge to have a option. For us here in Austria the BYD offer had following advantage, charging in Austria at Shell recharge Chargers for 10cent less per kw/h and in Germany for 15 cent less per kw/h. So for my personally, if this cooperation finally is discontinued, it won't affect me really.

Yeah, we've just got an Atto 3 and that page was previously saying it was closing for new applicants, but would relaunch in Feb... (binning off the page rather than providing an update is pretty poor form!)
