Native Nevigation app not working?

hi everyone, i got my new BYD seal U in December and since then the nevigation is not working tried everything the app opens and closes immediately anyone know or have experienced this problem?

Have you tried connecting to your phone hotspot first? The built-in SIM may not be working with regular data yet

Yep have tried that with different phones with different data’s it just closed immediately
