Tang, two sets of tires and TPMS

Hi, Bought my Tang a month ago in Finland, where you need two sets of tires and wheels too for conveinence. OEM 20" winter tires would have cost 4300€ so I said nope. Instead found a unused new OEM 22" wheels with TPMS a lot cheaper online. The car does not have "reset TPMS" button like pretty much any other car has (unless they are automatically regocnized) and need an actual dealership visit for the first time. BYD being a new marque here the dealership does not have much knowledge yet, so they failed to perform this. They explained that apparently you only can have one set of original TPMS and the other set would have to be aftermarket to make it work. This sounds like an unbelievable brain fart from the software developers, so I would like to ask if someone knows this really is the case and I will have to buy third party TPMS to replace the originals.
