Hands free calls

Hi BYD Dolphin owner here. Can anyone tell me how to answer and end calls on screen handsfree? I've tried using the Assistant to do it but it doesn't seem to be able to. There is no option on Android Auto either. Recently I used the setting on my actual phone to answer have two rings while on Bluetooth but thats as far as I can get. Having to press the green or red buttons on the screen for calls can be distracting. Thanks in advance.

Dont you have the Phone and Back button on your steering wheel to answer and end calls? Thats how it is on Seal atleast?

I have tried it, doesn't seem to work. Will keep trying, maybe Android Auto is overriding it or something, who knows.

Its not the Phine button to hang up weirdly for me, its the back arrow. Not sure if that's where having issues?

I think that could be it, accidentally answered a call while on a call and then got the back button which took me out of the second call and back to the first. The only time I've managed to do that at all. Still can't answer a call outside of pressing the screen or using Bluetooth settings to answer in two rings etc
