Mine was setup almost automatically upon collecting the vehicle from the dealership. They need to register your email address with BYD, which I think maybe the issue. Just confirm with the dealer they have provided BYD the correct email address. Good luck. 🤞

I did this same email registration process. They confirmed about 5 times and I always sent the same email. Apparently I’ll have to go there...
