Seat heating via app

Hi guys, can you turn on the seat heating in the app? I know where to do it, but it never works for me. In the morning I start the air conditioning remotely via the app to preheat the car and I also want to turn on the heated steering wheel and the heated driver seat. The heated steering wheel works, but the seat never turns on. It works fine when I control it in the car via the main screen. Wenn pressing the button in the app it tells me that it worked. But the seat stays cold. Does anyone have the same problems? Ah, it's a BYD seal.

works in my car. make sure you are turning on the heating, not the fan.

The seats take a long time to heat up. In my KIA they heated up very fast.

Mate, I swear the app is buggy regarding the seat heating. I have the same problem. You need to turn it on, wait for the message to show "successfully activated" turn it off and On again. That's a pain in the ass and like this since I own the car. (October 25)
