Broken down within a week - anyone else had this?

Our brand new Atto 3 wouldn’t power up this week, and has been recovered back to the dealer. Apparently it is a fault with the 12v battery, and it’s not something they can nip to Halfords to get, they have to order a part in. The dealer mentioned one other customer had had the same problem. It might be weeks before they can get it fixed. Anyone else had similar?

Anyone else? Still no word on the part coming. It’s really frustrating.

No, but I bought my Atto3 in June last and have done a flawless 11,500km in it all over Ireland, in all kinds of weathers. I hope that the battery has you sorted...by now.. Did you have a replacement car while you waited, and was it an equivalent EV? I like the car a lot!! Billy Motor Vehicles (By Brand)

We’ve got a replacement, a new Nissan but not electric - I love the car too, hence the frustration

I had this with our brand new Seal. Broke down after 3 days with a LV Protection System Fault. Garage diagnosed either the LV (12v) battery or the DC to DC converter. Not the battery apparently so waited for the new Control Module. Still waiting for the car back after 1 month. Nice car, good looking but useless if it won't go. Autos & Vehicles
