OTA updates & heated seats

Hi, I have had my Atto 3 for a few weeks now and have been unable to do an OTA update. I have been able to download the app as the dealer informed me that it could take a couple of weeks before I could download it. I have also noticed that the heated seats do not work so I wondered if this could be fixed by an OTA update, or I need to call the dealer. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks Coogy
