Mobile phone app unavailable
I got my Atto 3 in November and BYD still have not sent the link/email so I can access the mobile app. They are telling the garage that they have done this but no emails sent to me ( junk box checked daily) and BYD have ignored my emails. Their customer service phone number no longer exists and therefore it is impossible for me to contact anyone other than the garage where we got the car. They just repeatedly get told that this has been done but no proof that it has, as I reality it hasn’t. The garage tells me I’m not the only one with this issue. Anyone else got the same problem or has a way of contacting BYD directly. Or if anyone has Mark Blundell’s( head of UK sales) email that would be great. I’m liking the car but their customer services are making the dreadful Tesla customer services look great. All ideas welcome Mobile Phones
