Hi everyone, is it possible to preheat the battery for charging on a BYD Dolphin 2023? According to various reports, this has been possible since the 2025 update.

I do not think it is possible. Even by using the inbuilt navigation app, nothing seem to happen when I drive to a station.
You need to check the menu: Settings - Energy + Battery In the BYD Seals there is an entry where you can now manually start the preheating process. It does not get activated automatically as far as I know.
Preheat the battery, not the cabin.

That option is not available in Dolphin unfortunately, even with the latest 2.0.0 update.
