Interior light

In the pull down shortcut menu (pull down from the top of the screen), there is shortcuts to turn on or off the done lights, but I can’t get them to come on when the car doors are open (and off when the doors are closed). Mine doesn't even have the option in the pull down menu.

I don’t think I can offer a solution but I have the Seal U and the interior lights come on as soon as I unlock the doors, they then remain on until I have started the car when they gradually fade to off. I’ve never tried to turn them off but I have successfully dimmed the front roof lights by holding a finger to the light ! I understand that doesn’t answer the question but what it does mean, logically, is that one must be able to turn them on/off somehow. A visit or phone call to the service department for advice perhaps
