BYD Dolphin wins Best Urban Car Under $30K

But it's not under 30k. Why did they mention the drive-away price for other cars but not the dolphin? They talk about a "budget of 30k" and "30k being a hard line in the sand" but the dolphin is around 32k drive away. So that's a decent step over your hard line and out of your budget.

Sounds like the Atto 1 would of cleaned up if it was available during the testing. Ah well next year.
