dolphin surf music from external devices

Hello folks, I got my dolphin surf this week from the car dealer and I‘m quite so far. Except for that I cannot let it play music from my usb sticks or sd card. Has someone else tried that so far? I tried usb-c and usb-a ports and an sd-hc card.
