Yes. Mine too. But since then the app is not connecting to the car. Anyone else having issues with it?
Mines fine, it wouldn't connect when the upgrade was taking place, but all fine after that

Is there anything that explains the new features and how to use them? Curious on the first one on the list.
i dont see any further explanations anywhere. in fact, i don’t notice any difference. i was mostly curious on number 6 (energy consumption analysis) and still haven’t found any new interface item about that. regarding new feature #1 vehicle-account linkage.. i know for sure previous versions did that on some level. i had reset to factory settings a couple of times and as an example, my custom EQ setting was restored after the reset. more detailed documentation would be a nice to have.
Who knows when it will be available in Europe, this update thing is handled in a really superficial way!

I ran into a snag with my car and the BYD servers. I reached out to the support team to get an investigation started. After a few hours, they let me know they had made some changes on their end, and the app was back up and running.

Ironically, today I did a factory reset and my custom EQ vanished 🙄 On another note, on the first boot after the reset I got a pop-up that said something like “sim card detected” and asked whether the sim card was my own or provided by BYD. I had never seen that before.
Unfortunately I haven't received anything yet, we'll see....
I have read about audio quality issues with this version… have you experienced something similar?
