Maybe I missed the memo but there is now an upgrade kit available from BYD to allow you to use Tesla superchargers. I believe it’s only for 2023 and older vehicles but a useful upgrade for just A$300.
Any links? I saw the old "coming soon" posts from like July 2025 but nothing since. I have a 2023 model and that's a great price.
Yeah its coming but I dont think its quite ready yet. Some dealers are giving out pricing then saying they are waiting on parts.
Mine is scheduled for 29th January.

Yep, definitely a personal choice. I think it would boost resale value, though. A nice option to have if you do road trips.
Got mine today at Dandenong BYD in Melbourne. Worked fine. Charged my 2023 Atto 3 at a Tesla super charger. Go and see Jayden at the service department. He knows all about the retrofit.
Good to hear. My part arrived damaged (or so they said) so I have to wait a few more weeks to get a replacement.
