charging problems @ fast charger with my BYD Atto 3

Hi, I need help: it's now impossible to charge my Atto 3 (MY2023 Design) at a fast charger. The Atto 3 connects to the charging station, starts charging and then after about 30 to 60 seconds, the charging process stops for no apparent reason. This happens constantly, regardless of the charging card (app or card) or the charging station. Any ideas?

mine used to do this until i said fuck it and left to go find a bathroom. after like another 20s it would fix itself and just charge all the way to 100%
