App just disconnected from Atto3

Was just using the app to remote schedule air conditioning and was working fine. Parked and locked the car. Tried to turn back on the air conditioning and I’d been signed out. Signed back in and now it says “The Vehicle and the App are no longer connected” I’ve tried the reboot suggestions but nothing has worked. Has anyone else experienced this? My data plan expired at the end of September, do I need to buy the data pack to get it working again? Or has it failed and I need it to be serviced?

OTA and App connective will remain even after the data subscription ends. Try the signup/in via code and see if you email is still linked to the car. If it says there no car linked to this email, give customer care a call on 1800 888 293

In the app? I’m signed in and there’s no option like that So assuming it’s still connected

Oh you have to log back out. But I’m thinking now that it isn’t going to help, but worth a try I guess. Maybe check that the car still has reception. Should show 4G signal up on the centre console. If there’s no signal check that cellular data is on in the system settings menu. If it is and the no signal, time for service.

FYI and for anyone else in the future- Took out the Sim, rebooted the tablet did all the steps and still nothing. Can connect to wifi but the 4G doesn’t appear. And even when connected to wifi the app doesn’t connect. Will take it for a service and get looked at
