Password on BYD App

I have loaded the app but find that I can't access functions - lock unlock / windows / lights, etc as it is asking for a 6 digit password (not the main app password). I can't find where I set the password. Can anyone help please? ....Turns out salesman had used app to show a customer, effectively locking me out. Account reset by BYD and works great now.
