yes
What do you mean first car? As in a sensible financial purchase? Safe for a learner? I have one and also a 14 year old kid. I wouldn't be concerned having them learn to drive in one of these. Acceleration isn't wild dangerous and it handles well. Plenty of safety features. Where I live a 2023 model would be around AUD$30,000 which is about 3 times more than I'd want to pay for a first car. But if you've got the cash and want an EV I think it's a good value buy.

Yes, I have a 16 yr old son and we are considering buying an EV since he won’t pay gasoline and the school parking system is free for EV’s. I found the Atto 3 in a second handed dealership and since it’s a model almost no one wants here in Mexico is in a relatively affordable price.
Yes in this case I think it's a sensible car for them to learn in if the price is good for you. You can't really get into too much trouble with it. Quiet, comfortable, sensible car.
