Different Atto 3 trims within Europe

Hi, Got a second hand Atto 3 couple of years ago from Germany thru a local dealer in Finland. Didn't think about questioning some things that turned into annoying issues later on. My car was registered in the end of 2023 and doesn't have a heat pump (not good in a place like Finland). The local dealer confirmed this regarding my car. However newer models seem to have one in Finland. Got no heated steering wheel either. Seems that windscreen washer nozzles aren't heated either as they're solidly stuck in sub zero temps. Just out of curiosity, does your Atto 3 have these features and where are you based / which year was your Atto 3 manufactured? It's a nice car to drive but had I known especially about the missing heat pump I would've put the money on another ride.
