atto3 app aircon activation longer than 10 minutes?

You turn it on for up to 30 minutes by going to "timetable" in the app on the AC screen and then tapping "more settings". It seems to work by creating a schedule that starts 'now' and runs for 30 minutes.

No, unfortunately it doesn't stick. If you turn it on via the "AC on" button it goes back to 10 minutes. I think you need to bump it up every time. I believe if you set it to 20 minutes inside the car and then *only* use your remote fob to turn on the AC if will retain the setting. I can't check right now but I think you lose that setting each time you touch it from the app. The software experience still has a long way to go IMHO. The "car" bits are great but the software could use some work.

Thanks for the info. Struggling at present in 35c+ days. Car has just been booked in to check aircon as I am sweating like a rapist on trial in the car, with unit set to low. So, been using remote enable to run aircon whilst out in shop, else I can;t drive home in the cabin heat of 33c. Still 6 month old, and I think I got a dud aircon. I prefer to not use teh fob option, as I have had pesky Karens hover all over my car a few times now wanting to access it as they think I left dogs/children in the car and have the 'engine' running. Plus, with the fob option You can actually drive the car (as ignition is now on - tested. I left key in house and drove car away and no hassle), but with app option, is just aircon. But at least I can up it, even if a tediius issue until fixed. (next week)

Yeah, gotcha. I remember your post. Well at least 30 minutes is better than 10 minutes, and even a dud air-con running the fan should be able to cycle out the 45 degree cabin air. Sounds like you might indeed have an issue there. I find the Atto 3 aircon underpowered but it definitely works. Air coming out the vents is quite chilly. Curious to hear what they tell you.

Just a note on an additional bug related: If you activate, and do the above setting, and get in car before time is up, drive home, and park, the aircon will again re-activate after a minute about after you had shutdown and left car. The schedule does not cancel. Not a big issue, but just to know it is happening. (can't wait until monday. I really hope they agree my aircon is not working! -? compared to my ICE KIA that I had prior, it sucks so far big time)
